For Retail Customers:
 
Standard ground shipping occurs Monday - Friday.
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. (M-F)
Orders placed after 1 pm EST will not  ship the same day.
Expiedited orders ship UPS 3 Day.
Overnight orders are shipped M-F - Saturday delivery is  additional costs that you can call to inquire.

Please note that your country may levy import duties and taxes on any items we ship to you. Our preferred shipping option of FedEx allows you to track your return online and provides fast service, with packages arriving at our facility in 2 to 5 business days.
 
Exchange
For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 877-980-6229 to request an exchange or simply place a new order online or by phone. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY:
Mishipped or mislabeled errors on the part of R-Class will be replaced. 
 
For all other returns, a 15% restocking fee will be applied as a general standard. Contact R-Class for a Return Authorization (RA). As a commitment to our retailers, R-Class may wave the restocking fee for certain cases. Returns must show no sign of wear and cannot have the drawstring pulled.
