VIRTUAL POINTE SHOE FITTING
Schedule your virtual or in person pointe shoe fitting with the expert staff at R-Class US
HOW VIRTUAL POINTE SHOE FITTINGS WORK
1. Fill out the form with questions to help us prepare and schedule your fitting.
2. During your first appointment we access your feet, look at your current shoes, and make recommendations. The appointment typically takes 30 minutes for 1 dancer. (Please schedule a separate appointment per dancer)
3. We will decide on how many shoes to send or if going to a local retail store is the best option. If we decide to mail you shoes, you will be charged for all pointe shoes that are sent to you minus the $35 virtual fitting fee. Shipping is on us to you for 2 or more pair when we ship to you each time.
4. We will schedule your second appointment, allowing for processing and shipping.
5. During this fitting you will place your phone or computer on the ground (or have someone hold it for you). You keep what works best and send back what doesn’t.
6. Simply ship back the shoes that don't work and you will receive a refund when they arrive. You pay for the shipping to return the shoes. If you choose to not keep any of the shoes, you will be refunded minus the $35.

Our expert staff in the US work to support dancers by traveling in conjunction with our retail partners for fittings, helping answer questions and direct dancers, and continuously developing new ideas, products, and ways to support the dance industry as a whole.
We are now offering fittings on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday by appointment inside the sea of pointe shoes! You can find every variation and custom option R-Class offers.
