Finding the right pointe shoes is essential for performance, safety, and long-term foot health. R-Class virtual online pointe shoe fittings allow dancers across the United States to work directly with experienced professional fitters.
Our experts evaluate your footshape and structure, arch flexibility and strength, toe length and taper, current pointe shoes and fit issues, and your training and technical needs.
We then recommend specific R-Class models, sizes, widths, vamp heights, and shank strengths tailored to your individual anatomy and goals.
Virtual fittings provide professional guidance when visiting our showroom or an authorized R-Class retailer is not possible.
2. During your first appointment we access your feet, look at your current shoes, and make recommendations. The appointment typically takes 30 minutes for 1 dancer. (Please schedule a separate appointment per dancer)
3. We will decide on how many shoes to send or if going to a local retail store is the best option. If we decide to mail you shoes, we typically request purchasing 3 pairs and we will ship a box of 6. This allows us a large sampling of shoes without having to pay for all of them. Shipping is on us to you for 2 or more pair when we ship to you each time. You pay for the shipping back.
4. We will schedule your second appointment, allowing for processing and shipping. A second appointment is a requirement. We are not able to give you the best fitting or send any additional shoes without seeing them.
5. During this fitting you will place your phone or computer on the ground (or have someone hold it for you). You keep what works best and send back what doesn’t.
6. Simply ship back the shoes that don't work and you will receive a refund when they arrive. You pay for the shipping to return the shoes. If you choose to not keep any of the shoes, you will be refunded minus the $35.
