Basic Size chart - AD69 is typically down a size from the chart because the stretch heel allows for a smaller size.
Made on the CL60 last - suggested fitting start is 1 width wider and 1 size smaller than CL60
CL60 240/4 = AD69 235/5
Due to the softer glue - most dancers wearing CL R-Class pointe shoes will move to 1 shank harder in AD.
(Soft CL60 = Medium AD69)
