Return Policy:

Items can be returned within 30 days of shipment. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging. Pointe shoes must not have drawstring pulled or show any signs of wear.

R-Class reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. R-Class also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. If you would like to receive messages from R-Class again, just sign up as you did the first time and R-Class will start sending messages to you again.

Messaging Terms Changes

Intellectual Property:

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Goods shall, so far as not already vested, be the absolute property of R-Class US and R-Class RU. The Buyer shall not register any Intellectual Property Rights or claim any such rights in the Goods and shall keep any rights notice of the suppliers on the Goods and shall notify the supplier if, it discovers any infringement of the supplier’s such rights by a third party. The buyer acknowledges that it has no right or license by virtue of having purchased the Goods or otherwise itself to manufacture the Goods.

Title/ Risk of Loss Title to and risk of loss of goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery F.O.B. at the seller's plant to an agent of the buyer including a common carrier, notwithstanding any prepayment or allowance of freight by the seller.
